Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required)

About the Role

As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service and managing financial transactions. This position may require working on weekends and holidays.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Process money transfer transactions and handle cash register operations efficiently.
• Adhere to loss prevention protocols and company policies.
• Handle and verify money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile company funds daily, maintaining financial integrity.
• Implement security measures to protect company assets.
• Perform daily reconciliation of transactions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their orders.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days from hire

Work Schedule & Office Environment

The Miami location operates Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM ET and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. The part-time role offers 20-25 hours weekly with flexible days within regular business hours.
