Role Responsibilities:

• 🤝 Deliver exceptional guest service for a positive customer experience, aligned with company standards.
• 💸 Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently.
• 🔒 Strictly follow loss prevention protocols and store standards.
• 📄 Handle money transfer procedures and related services with accuracy and compliance.
• 💰 Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation with daily records.
• 🛡️ Implement security measures to safeguard funds and maintain financial integrity.
• 🔍 Perform daily reconciliation of transfers for accuracy and transparency.
• 📢 Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders' status.

Role Requirements:

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Prior experience in customer service
• 💵 Experience handling financial transactions
• 🗣️ Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• 🖥️ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $17.00 per hour, with potential increases of $0.25 at 30 and 90 days from hire.

Location & Schedule

Address: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – Western Union inside of Oportun

Work Schedule: Part-Time, 20-25 hours/week with flexible days during standard hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
