Position Scope

This role focuses on applying your professional skills within the Customer Service space in Hagerstown, facilitating global money transfer services and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required) 🌴

Role Responsibilities 📝

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience in line with company standards
• Process money transfer transactions efficiently and manage cash register operations
• Uphold loss prevention protocols and adhere to company policies and standards
• Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance
• Manage company funds with precise reconciliation of daily receipts and records
• Implement security measures to safeguard funds and maintain financial integrity
• Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for transparency
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their orders

Role Requirements ✅

• Prior experience in customer service
• Experience handling financial transactions
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Operational hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET. The part-time position requires 20-25 hours per week with flexible days.
