Position Scope
This role focuses on applying your professional skills within the Customer Service space in Hagerstown, facilitating global money transfer services and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required) 🌴

Role Responsibilities 📝
- Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience in line with company standards
- Process money transfer transactions efficiently and manage cash register operations
- Uphold loss prevention protocols and adhere to company policies and standards
- Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance
- Manage company funds with precise reconciliation of daily receipts and records
- Implement security measures to safeguard funds and maintain financial integrity
- Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for transparency
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding their orders
Role Requirements ✅
- Prior experience in customer service
- Experience handling financial transactions
- Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Operational hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET. The part-time position requires 20-25 hours per week with flexible days.
