Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required)

Role Responsibilities

• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently. 💸
• Uphold loss prevention protocols, following store policies and standards. 🛡️
• Handle money transfer procedures with accuracy and compliance. ✅
• Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation with daily receipts. 📊
• Implement security measures to safeguard funds and maintain integrity. 🔐
• Perform daily reconciliation of transfers for transparency. 🔍
• Provide timely updates to customers about their orders. 📞

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service. 🤝
• Experience handling financial transactions. 💰
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong communication skills in both languages. 🗣️
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. 💻

Salary & Benefits

Location & Schedule

In-person Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – Inside Oportun

Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.

The Part-Time Teller role involves working 20–25 hours per week with flexible days within business hours.
