Key Responsibilities 💼

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure a positive experience
• Transaction Processing: Manage money transfers and cash register operations with accuracy
• Security & Compliance: Follow loss prevention protocols, handle money transfer procedures, and ensure financial integrity
• Reconciliation & Updates: Reconcile daily transactions and keep customers informed on their orders' status

Role Requirements ✅

• Experience in customer service and handling financial transactions
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy

Work Schedule & Location ⏰

Located at 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, Florida 33135 inside Oportun. The role requires working 20-25 hours per week with flexible days, including weekends and holidays.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.
