Part-Time Bilingual Teller — Miami, FL (Saturday hours required)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience in line with company standards. 😊
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently.
• Uphold loss prevention protocols, adhering strictly to company policies and standards.
• Handle money transfer procedures and related services with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation with daily receipts and records.
• Implement security measures to safeguard company funds and maintain financial integrity.
• Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for accuracy and transparency.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their transactions’ status.

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills in both languages. 🗣️🌎
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Position Details

Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 — inside Oportun

Western Union values in-person collaboration and learning to foster innovation and achieve strategic goals. We support face-to-face engagement for better problem-solving and teamwork.

Schedule & Employment Status

The Miami location operates Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. The Part-Time Teller position requires 20-25 hours per week with flexible days within regular business hours.

This role is classified as Full-time In-person, entailing presence in the office due to the nature of the work.
