Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently
  • Uphold loss prevention protocols and adhere to company policies
  • Handle money transfer procedures accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation with daily receipts
  • Implement security measures to protect company funds and maintain financial integrity
  • Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for accuracy and transparency
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding their transactions

Role Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service and handling financial transactions
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy

Hourly Rate: $17.00 with potential increases

Location & Schedule

Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 — Western Union inside Oportun

Schedule: 20-25 hours/week, varying days within standard hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

Successful applicants will have flexibility within these hours. This role is classified as full-time in-person due to its nature.
