Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently
  • Adhere to loss prevention protocols and company policies
  • Handle money transfer procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Reconcile company funds daily and maintain financial transparency
  • Implement security measures to safeguard company funds
  • Provide updates to customers regarding their transactions

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service and financial transactions

Salary and Benefits Details

Salary: $17.00 per hour with potential increases of $0.25 at 30 and 90 days.

In-Person Role: Full-time, requiring attendance at the office; categorized as Full-time In-person

Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

Work Schedule: Part-Time, 20-25 hours/week with flexible days within regular business hours
