• Handle money transfer procedures with precision and compliance ✅
• Manage company funds, ensuring proper reconciliation 📊

• Perform daily reconciliation of transfers for transparency 🧾
• Provide timely updates to customers about their transactions 📈

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service ⭐
• Experience handling financial transactions 💳
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills 🗣️
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills 💻

Compensation & Benefits 💼

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour

Potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days of hire.

Location & Schedule

Miami, FL Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 – Inside Western Union at Oportun.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET.

The Part-Time Teller position offers 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling within regular business hours.
