Position Scope & Responsibilities

As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and managing financial transactions with accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service ensuring a positive experience
• Process money transfer transactions efficiently
• Maintain strict loss prevention and security protocols
• Handle transactions with accuracy and compliance
• Manage cash register operations and reconcile daily receipts
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their transactions

Role Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service
• Experience handling financial transactions
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills in both
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy

Schedule & Location

• Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week, flexible scheduling within business hours
• Operational Hours at Miami Location: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
• Location: Washington, DC (In-person role)
