Position Scope & Responsibilities
As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and managing financial transactions with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service ensuring a positive experience
- Process money transfer transactions efficiently
- Maintain strict loss prevention and security protocols
- Handle transactions with accuracy and compliance
- Manage cash register operations and reconcile daily receipts
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their transactions
Role Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Experience handling financial transactions
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills in both
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy

Schedule & Location
- Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week, flexible scheduling within business hours
- Operational Hours at Miami Location: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
- Location: Washington, DC (In-person role)
