Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL (Saturday hours required)

Role Overview

As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will deliver excellent guest services and support customer transactions. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage cash register operations efficiently.
• Uphold loss prevention protocols following company policies and store standards.
• Handle money transfer procedures accurately and compliantly.
• Manage company funds and reconcile daily receipts and records.
• Implement security measures to safeguard company funds and maintain financial integrity.
• Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers for transparency and accuracy.
• Provide timely updates to customers about their orders.

Role Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour with potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days.

Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM ET, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. The part-time teller position offers 20-25 hours per week with flexible days within business hours.
