Part-Time Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish in Miami, FL 🌎

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Process money transfer transactions and efficiently operate cash registers
• Adhere to loss prevention protocols and company policies
• Handle money transfer procedures accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Reconcile company funds daily with receipts and records
• Implement security measures to protect company funds and financial integrity
• Perform daily reconciliation to maintain accuracy and transparency
• Provide timely updates to customers about their transactions

Role Requirements

• Experience in customer service and handling financial transactions
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills in both
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Potential increases of $0.25 after 30 and 90 days from start date

Work Schedule & Environment

Our in-person role requires full-time presence at our Miami office, operating Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM ET, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. The part-time teller position offers flexibility, working 20-25 hours per week on varying days.
