Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process money transfer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to loss prevention and security protocols.
• Handle money transfer procedures and compliance requirements.
• Manage and reconcile company funds daily.
• Implement security measures to protect financial integrity.
• Provide timely updates to customers on account statuses.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Compensation & Working Hours

Hourly Rate: $17.00, with potential increases of $0.25 at 30 and 90 days.

Location: 1844 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135 — Western Union inside Oportun!

Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours/week, with flexible days. In-office hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM ET.
