Position: Recruiter

Our Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment process, collaborating closely with clients and candidates to identify and attract top talent. This role is perfect for personable individuals who enjoy hands-on interaction and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. 🌟

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting & Talent Attraction: Develop and publish job openings across multiple platforms to draw a diverse candidate pool.
  • Community Sourcing & Networking: Actively seek out qualified candidates through community engagement and networking efforts.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone or in-person interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interview schedules between candidates and clients, providing timely updates and maintaining clear communication.
  • Record Management & Compliance: Maintain candidate records in accordance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Candidate Support: Guide candidates through onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate authentic relationships within the community and with client organizations, serving as a trusted staffing resource.
  • Strategy Development: Innovate and refine recruitment strategies based on feedback, market trends, and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience: Background in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing.
  • Relationship Skills: Strong client management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Training: Willing to undergo training to enhance skills.
