CircleLink Health is seeking a passionate, outgoing, and tech-savvy Care Ambassador to enroll Medicare patients into our monthly check-in programs. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to help people access the care they deserve and deepen their understanding of their health options.

📝 Responsibilities

• 📞 Call patients directly on behalf of their healthcare provider, explain program benefits, answer questions, and encourage enrollment.
• 💬 Be part educator, part advocate, and part closer—driving results through meaningful conversations.
• 📱 Cold call Medicare patients using our specialized enrollment software (approximately 15 calls/hour).
• ✔️ Clearly explain the care program's benefits, eligibility, and parameters.
• 🤝 Answer questions with empathy and accuracy to ensure patient understanding.
• 🎯 Motivate and strongly encourage patients to enroll, overcoming objections when necessary.
• 📝 Accurately document each call and patient interaction in our system.
• 🔄 Track and communicate recurring questions, issues, and feedback to management.
• 📚 Stay updated on program details and best practices for outreach.

**Calls must be completed on weekdays between 9am–6pm ET.**

**A minimum of 20–25 hours of availability per week is required.**

🎯 What We're Looking For

• ✅ At least two years of outbound PHONE sales experience is essential.
• 🌐 Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must-have.
• 📞 Proven experience with high-volume cold calling, confidently initiating outbound calls, engaging prospects, and setting appointments. This role is 100% cold calling.
• 🧭 Self-directed with the ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
• 💻 Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools.
• 🗓 Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 🗣 Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• 🤝 Patient-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly.
• 🔥 Motivated to achieve performance targets and improve daily.
• 🔍 Detail-oriented with a commitment to 100% accurate documentation.
• 💪 Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle objections productively.
• 🎯 Very strong closing skills are a must.
• 💡 Medicare knowledge or experience is highly desirable.

💰 Benefits and Compensation

• 💵 Pay rate of $20 per hour.
• 🎁 Eligibility for a performance-based $200 bonus after 60 days of employment.
• 📝 This is a 1099, independent contractor role.
• 🔧 The contractor is responsible for their own equipment, payroll taxes, and benefits.
