What You Will Do 📝

• Greet and Welcome: Create a friendly environment by greeting clients, managing traffic, and scheduling or canceling meetings to ensure they feel appreciated.
• Assist with Transactions & Account Openings: Exceed client expectations by handling day-to-day banking transactions and opening new accounts while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Promote Technology Usage: Educate clients on self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Build Client Relationships: Actively listen, ask insightful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge—introducing clients to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.
• Branch Operations: Manage branch activities including cash devices such as ATMs and vaults, following all policies and procedures.
