Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients: Greet clients warmly as they enter, manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings, creating a friendly and attentive environment. 😊
• Deliver exceptional service: Assist with transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Enhance client knowledge: Educate clients on digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to facilitate banking anytime, anywhere.
• Build trust and relationships: Engage actively with clients by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing solutions, while introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals. 🤝
• Perform branch operations: Manage cash devices such as cash vaults and ATMs securely, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Experience & Education: Client service experience or similar, with a high school diploma or GED. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Preferred Skills & Capabilities

• Cash handling experience is a plus.
