Your Responsibilities 📝

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries and concerns
• Calmly de-escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalate interactions when necessary, providing appropriate follow-up
• Assist with requests such as payments and support processes
• Track call details for auditing and reporting
• Provide feedback on call experiences to improve service quality
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives as defined

Qualifications ✅

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop systems and Windows-based platforms
• Proven language skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• College degree desired but not mandatory

• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean, quiet workspace to ensure productivity
