In this role, you will focus heavily on outbound prospecting, business development, and market expansion, playing a key role in growing our network and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Your Responsibilities 🎯
- Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities across the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, & Switzerland).
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other prospecting channels.
- Develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Present Netenders' products and solutions to prospects and understand their business needs.
- Handle incoming leads and customer requests while maintaining high responsiveness and service quality.
- Actively develop the DACH market through outbound initiatives, as inbound leads are currently lower in volume.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and outreach targets.
- Track sales activities and market insights using CRM tools.
- Monitor competitor activity and recognize trends and opportunities within the DACH region.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience.
Who You Are 💼
- + 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR, account management, or similar roles.
- Native or fluent in German and a high proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a bonus!
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experienced with targets, KPIs, and sales metrics.
- Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic graphic design skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, textile, or fashion industries is a plus.
