In this role, you will focus heavily on outbound prospecting, business development, and market expansion, playing a key role in growing our network and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities across the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, & Switzerland).
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other prospecting channels.
  • Develop long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Present Netenders' products and solutions to prospects and understand their business needs.
  • Handle incoming leads and customer requests while maintaining high responsiveness and service quality.
  • Actively develop the DACH market through outbound initiatives, as inbound leads are currently lower in volume.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and outreach targets.
  • Track sales activities and market insights using CRM tools.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recognize trends and opportunities within the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience.

Who You Are 💼

  • +
  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR, account management, or similar roles.
  • Native or fluent in German and a high proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a bonus!
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced with targets, KPIs, and sales metrics.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic graphic design skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, textile, or fashion industries is a plus.
