What you bring 💪
- Proven success in business development using core sales tools (Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo is a plus)
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
- Skilled in negotiation, with the ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills—oral and written—with great listening abilities and an energetic phone presence
- Strategic and tactical thinking skills
- Positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- A strong sense of urgency to meet goals and key deliverables
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and innovative ideas
- Highly self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Fluency in both English and German (spoken and written)
- *Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus*
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Respond to outbound leads and inquiries by engaging and qualifying prospects
- Identify new sales prospects and initiate outreach to book appointments for Account Executives
- Effectively communicate Remote's value propositions and understand prospect needs to assess fit
- Support the Account Executive team as needed
- Educate and develop prospects, facilitating smooth hand-offs to sales teams
- Create targeted prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Perform cold calls to prospects from various outside sources
- Identify key decision-makers, research their business requirements, and present tailored solutions to start the sales cycle

Compensation 💰
The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this full-time role ranges from USD 31,500 to USD 70,950. The base salary constitutes 70% of the OTE. Salary levels are based on role, level, and location, and are subject to adjustments.
