About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, local Bay Area professional with experience in early childhood education and literacy. This role involves guiding families through our Dual-Language Individualized Literacy Plan program, both in person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-person family orientations in San Jose on June 16, 17, and 18, 2026 📅
• Support families remotely via phone and video check-ins during our 9-week literacy coaching program, starting mid-June 📞💻
• Guide families in using our online literacy portal and personalized reading plans 📚
• Assist families in building joyful reading routines and confidence at home 🎉

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English 🗣️
• Resident of the San Jose area 📍
• Experience working with young children and families 👶👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Knowledge of early literacy foundations such as phonics, phonological awareness, and comprehension 📖
• Classroom teaching or literacy intervention experience is preferred ✏️
• Proficient with Google Suite and virtual communication tools 💻

Compensation & Benefits
