Job Overview 👀

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Optometrist to join our team of MDs and ODs. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive eye care services, including:

• Performing thorough eye exams
• Diagnosing ocular diseases
• Prescribing glasses
• Emphasizing refractive services such as myopia control for children and laser vision correction

Duties And Responsibilities 📝

• Provide patient education on eye health, vision correction options, and preventive care
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as dry eyes, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry, treatments, and regulations
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required by law and company policy
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs related to eye health

Requirements ✅

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Current and unrestricted New York State license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
