Classover (Nasdaq: KIDZ), a publicly listed EdTech innovator and New York’s first dual-track Math & Robotics Training Center, is seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Operations Manager to lead our operational excellence and scalable systems development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Product Management & Development Liaison 🛠️

• Primary Tech Liaison: Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for outsourced development teams.
• Sprint & Deadline Management: Drive development timelines, enforce accountability, and keep projects moving forward.
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Conduct rigorous QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new website features, CRM integrations, and automation tools prior to launch.

2. Systems Integration & AI Automation 🤖

• Operational Digitization: Automate workflows using AI tools, CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and automation software.
• AI Implementation: Utilize ChatGPT, Manus, Zapier, and emerging SaaS solutions to minimize manual processes.
• Tech Stack Ownership: Evaluate, select, and manage our technological ecosystem.
• Systems Integration: Oversee integration of payment processors, LMS platforms, CRM, and communication tools into a unified data architecture.

3. Academic Quality & Curriculum Oversight 🎓

• Manage Creators: Oversee teachers responsible for curriculum development, set standards, manage production timelines, and approve final educational products.
• Training Architecture: Design and implement scalable teacher training programs to ensure classes meet our "Elite" standards.

4. Data-Driven Strategy 📊

• Insights over Data: Analyze KPIs to provide the CEO with actionable insights on conversion rates, operational bottlenecks, and ROI on tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Operations, Project Management, or Technical Product Management (experience in EdTech is a huge plus).
• Proven experience managing remote/outsourced technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in CRM management and automation workflows.
• Comfort working with AI tools and digital systems.
