Overview

The Maintenance Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the workshop in a high-volume service setting. This role encompasses maintenance, repair, cleaning, preparation, and quality control of company inventory and equipment. The successful candidate will guarantee all equipment is safe, fully operational, and meets company standards before deployment. Given our large Spanish-speaking workforce, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workshop operations: includes cleaning, repairing, staging, and preparing inventory and equipment 🛠️
• Manage inventory control processes: tracking incoming and outgoing assets 📦
• Ensure equipment compliance: meeting quality and safety standards prior to use ✅
• Supervise and train staff: schedule and provide hands-on leadership to workshop team 👥
• Collaborate with teams: support operations, warehouse, and event staff to ensure timely order fulfillment 📋
• Develop preventative maintenance programs: maintain rental inventory and equipment proactively 🛡️
• Maintain a safe workspace: ensure cleanliness, organization, and OSHA compliance 🧹
• Monitor and coordinate repairs: manage equipment condition and relationships with vendors 🔧🤝
• Assist with event logistics: support setup and breakdown activities as needed 🎪
• Keep detailed records: inventory movement, repairs, maintenance, and quality checks 📝

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in maintenance, operations, or warehouse management within a service-based industry 🏢
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong mechanical skills: hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repairs 🛠️
• Bilingual proficiency: English and Spanish required
