What You'll Do 🔥

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products
• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete paperwork
• Arrange pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules
• Communicate effectively with other departments within the company
• Respond quickly to customer and client inquiries, resolve issues, and report service concerns to supervisors
• Promote and encourage safe work practices among team members
• Manage daily cycle counts and follow up on inventory variances
• Prepare and update weekly reports
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations

Qualifications ✅

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, but training will be provided for all applicants
• Moderate computer skills, with ability to assist in report data collection
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to follow supervision, and excellent communication skills

Working Hours

Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
