Support our Operations Manager in managing the daily functions of our expanding business. This role offers a launchpad into the booming medical industry with potential pathways into medical sales or field operations.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Assist with scheduling, service coordination, and logistics for equipment maintenance and field service
• Manage service data entry in our CRM and ERP systems
• Generate and analyze operational reports to inform decision-making
• Support billing, inventory management, and vendor communications
• Provide administrative assistance to field engineers and leadership
• Contribute to ongoing projects that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Driven, adaptable team players eager to learn and grow
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with basic accounting, data entry, and reporting (plus!)
• Analytical mindset capable of turning numbers into insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or G Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
