The Drexel Group is seeking a dedicated Onsite Lead to manage daily operations at our Linglestown, PA facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and ensure smooth workflow in a dynamic environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Location: Linglestown, PA
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Environment: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 30-80 employees on shift to ensure the completion of duties
• Train all new employees to maintain high standards
• Coordinate time schedules and manage sign-in sheets
• Manage all aspects of employment for field employees at the site
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintain databases
• Walk the facility floor frequently throughout shifts to monitor operations
• Develop proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication
• Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a must
