Basic Requirements

• Proficient in English and German with excellent communication skills as a freelancer.
• Resident of Italy for the last 3 consecutive years with familiarity with current and historical media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Italy.
• Active user of Gmail, Google+, and other social media platforms; experienced in browsing and interacting with various content.
• Daily access to broadband internet, a compatible smartphone (Android 4.1+, iOS 8+), and a personal computer with antivirus software.
• Installation of a barcode scanner app on your smartphone for completing specific tasks.
• This role requiresauthentic human judgment during live task ratings, ensuring quality and perspective in evaluations.

Compensation & Evaluation

The estimated hourly earnings range is approximately 7.74 Euro. Payment is task-based, with opportunities to increase earnings through productivity.

Assessment Process

• Complete a language assessment and an open book qualification exam to evaluate your suitability.
• Undergo ID verification as part of the onboarding process.
• Periodic language proficiency checks may be conducted via video or phone calls. Participation is mandatory, but guidelines and learning materials will be provided.
