Basic Requirements ✅

• Freelancer with excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Italian
• Resided in Italy for the past 3 consecutive years, with familiarity with Italian media, culture, and current events
• Active user of Gmail, Google+, social media, and experienced in web browsing and content interaction
• Daily access to:
  • Broadband internet connection
  • Smartphone (Android 4.1+, iOS 8+)
  • Personal computer with antivirus software
  • Barcode Scanner app installed on your smartphone for specific tasks
• This role requires human judgment and perspective for live task ratings 🧑‍💻

Compensation & Payment 💶

The estimated hourly rate is 7.74 Euro, paid per completed task with potential for higher earnings based on productivity.

Assessment & Hiring Process 📝

• Initial assessments: Complete a language proficiency test and an open-book qualification exam to determine suitability.
• ID verification: Undergo a simple verification process.
• Ongoing checks: Periodic language proficiency checks via video or phone calls, which are mandatory.
