A Day in the Life of a Personalized Internet Ads Assessor

• Review Online Ads: Rate the relevance of advertisements to search terms, providing feedback on language and cultural appropriateness to enhance content quality, layout, and relevance.

Basic Requirements ✅

• Experience as a freelancer with excellent communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Resided in Italy for the past 3 consecutive years; familiarity with current and historical Italian business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Active users of Gmail, Google+, and various social media platforms; comfortable navigating and interacting with diverse web content through browsers.
• Reliable daily access to broadband internet, a smartphone (Android 4.1+, iOS 8+), and a personal computer equipped with antivirus software.
• Smartphone with a Barcode Scanner app installed for completing specific tasks.
• This role involves human evaluation—requiring authentic judgment, perspective, and evaluation skills.

Compensation & Earnings 💰

The estimated hourly pay for this role is 7.74 Euro. Payment is task-based, with opportunities for higher earnings based on your productivity.

Assessment & Selection Process 📝

• Complete a language assessment and an open-book qualification exam to assess your suitability for the position.
• Undergo ID verification as part of the onboarding process.
• Periodic language proficiency checks may be conducted via video or phone calls, which are mandatory.
