Basic Requirements ✅

• Experience working as a freelancer with excellent communication skills in English and Italian (full professional proficiency)
• Residency in Italy for the past 3 consecutive years, with familiarity of current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Italy
• Active use of Gmail, Google+, and other social media platforms, and experience navigating and interacting with various web content through browsers
• Reliable daily access to:
  • Broadband internet connection
  • Smartphone (Android 4.1, iOS 8 or higher)
  • Personal computer with antivirus software
  • Barcode Scanner app installed on your smartphone for specific tasks
• This role involves explicit human evaluation, requiring authentic judgment, perspective, and evaluation skills

Compensation & Assessment 💰

The estimated hourly earnings are approximately 7.74 Euro. Payment is task-based, with potential for higher earnings through increased productivity.

Assessment Process 📄

• Complete a language assessment and an open-book qualification exam to determine your suitability for the role. These will include ID verification steps.
• Periodic language proficiency checks may be conducted via video or phone calls throughout the program. Participation is mandatory, but our team will guide you through preparation with guidelines and learning materials.
