A Day in the Life of a Personalized Internet Ads Assessor

Basic Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English and Italian
• Residency in Italy for the last 3 consecutive years, with familiarity with current & historical media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Italy
• Active use of Gmail, Google+, and other social media platforms, with experience navigating content via web browsers
• Daily access to a broadband internet connection, smartphone (Android 4.1+, iOS 8+), and a personal computer equipped with antivirus software
• A Barcode Scanner app installed on your smartphone for completing specific tasks

This role is an explicit human evaluation position, requiring authentic judgment and perspective during live task ratings.

Compensation & Payment

The estimated hourly pay is 7.74 Euro. Payments are task-based, with potential for higher earnings through increased productivity.

Assessment & Hiring Process

• Complete a language assessment and an open book qualification exam to determine your suitability
• Undergo ID verification
• Periodic language proficiency checks via video or phone calls, which are mandatory
• Receive guidance and learning materials from our team before the exam
• Finish the exam within a specified timeframe, at your convenience
