📝 Position Overview

We are looking for bilingual agents ready to respond promptly to data breach communications with consumers. This role is temporary and contingent on breach events, with candidates being contacted via email and text as needed. Shifts are scheduled between:

  • 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday

  • Assist customers with service inquiries
  • Learn common requests and effective solutions
  • Utilize customer service techniques and our account management systems
  • Improve the customer’s experience during sensitive moments
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to appropriate channels

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute with accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service oriented—empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and customers
