Join Our Team as an On-Call Coordinator – PST Remote & Bilingual 🌐✨

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated On-Call Coordinator to support our high-volume PST operations. This role offers flexibility with a part-time schedule and the opportunity to make an impactful difference in healthcare staffing during after-hours. 🩺🤝

Position Details

Location: Remote, PST Time Zone required

Schedule: Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency preferred

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Handle incoming calls to the office after regular hours with prompt response (within 15 minutes)
• Document client, patient, and caregiver incidents within the system of record
• Communicate with clients regarding staff call-offs, lateness, or schedule changes
• Delegate and coordinate tasks to appropriate staff (backup coordinator, RN) as needed
• Inform relevant team members of personnel changes and scheduling needs promptly
• Respond quickly to call-outs and troubleshoot issues after-hours, delegating as appropriate
• Update office staff on outstanding issues at the start of the next business day
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Minimum Requirements ✅

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet access and personal computer, laptop, or smartphone
• Experience in an office environment with effective communication and organizational skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications

Compensation 💰

Salary: $60 - $100 per day
