Centers Health Care Is Hiring A Nurse Practitioner NP Physician Assistant PA Bilingual Mandarin English

Medical Director Services PC is actively seeking a dedicated, bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated clinical team at a skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY. New graduates are welcome! We offer an excellent salary, competitive and commensurate with experience.

Provider Duties 🏥

  • Primary Care: Serve as the primary care provider to both long-term and short-term residents. Assess patients' health through visits, physical examinations, and reviewing medical histories.
  • Team-Based Care: Collaborate with attending physicians and nursing home staff to deliver the highest standard of care possible.
  • Resident & Family Relations: Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, educate them, and develop evidence-based care plans tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Ensure adherence, anticipate legislative changes, and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, networking professionally, and participating in relevant societies.
  • Work Environment & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workspace aligned with organizational core values: respect, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate charting, documentation, and administration of care practices.

Requirements ✅

  • Expertise in Health Promotion & Maintenance, Clinical Skills, Pain Management, Infection Control, among others.
  • Proven Thoroughness and ability to Inform Others.
  • Strong Medical Teamwork and Bedside Manner.
  • Familiarity with Administering Medication and Self-Development.
  • Must be Board Certified.

Extensive training opportunities will be provided. We are also open to applicants with hospital setting experience.
