We are a dedicated HR consultancy supporting international clients and are looking to expand our team with a skilled IT Support professional.

Job Responsibilities and Objectives 🎯

• Network Management: Construct, maintain, and optimize the logistics park’s business network to ensure stability and security. Implement risk prevention and emergency measures promptly.
• Equipment Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy and execute network equipment and projects to facilitate smooth operations. Oversee daily operation and maintenance of office and production hardware (computers, printers, PDAs, etc.) for consistent performance.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with business departments to provide on-site support, manage network assets, and travel on short notice to support local operations.
• Customer Service & Responsibility: Maintain a customer-oriented service mindset with a strong sense of responsibility. Demonstrate excellent learning abilities, problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork and communication.
• Network Infrastructure Skills: Possess foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with small to medium-sized network infrastructure, including planning, deployment, and troubleshooting through structured approaches.
• Training & Development: Participate in training to enhance networking skills and technical expertise.
• Desktop Support: Provide support for approximately 200 endpoints, including on-site and remote troubleshooting across multiple campuses or offices.
• Data Center & Server Room Support: Understand basic construction and setup requirements, coordinate with service providers, supervise deployments, and ensure quality control while reporting non-compliance issues.

Job Requirements 📋

• Educational Background: Diploma or higher, ideally in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields.
• Work Experience: 3–5 years in network operation and maintenance. Experience in implementation and maintenance is essential; data center and operations management experience are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware from leading vendors; familiar with major operating systems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong skills to work effectively with teams and drive project progress.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues independently and develop effective solutions in complex scenarios.
• Responsibility & Diligence: Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, diligence, and ability to work under pressure.
• Service Orientation: Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving business needs and issues.

Salary & Location 💼💰

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
