Scope of Work

• Review & Understand: Analyze our existing property portfolio and business model
• Prepare Documentation: Develop professional funding memorandums and investment presentations
• Financial Modeling: Build clear financial forecasts, cash flow models, and supporting materials
• Structuring & Presentation: Assist in structuring financing presentations for banks and lenders
• Networking: Identify and reach out to brokers, banks, private banks, and potential funding sources across France and Europe
• Outreach Management: Handle initial outreach and facilitate introductions to financing parties

While the company director will lead meetings, negotiations, and lender discussions, your role will be vital in preparing materials and establishing the right financial connections. 🤝

Ideal Candidate

• Native French speaker located in France
• Experienced in French real estate finance and lending markets
• Knowledgeable about property development, residential investments, and renovation projects
• Proficient in preparing investment memorandums, funding decks, or lender presentations
• Comfortable with financial modelling and cash flow forecasting
• Has existing relationships or experience with French banks, private lenders, or debt brokers
• Capable of professional communication in both French and English
