Disney Central: Multi-Language Sales Agent (English & Spanish Fluency Required)
Disney Central is seeking passionate, bilingual sales agents fluent in English and Spanish to deliver exceptional guest service and assist travelers from the US and around the world in planning their Walt Disney World vacations.
Position Overview
This hourly role offers incentive opportunities based on performance metrics, including sales success, conversion rates, and handling time. Participants will attend paid training sessions featuring multiple evaluations to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Operating Hours
Our services are available Sunday through Saturday, from 6:45 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. in Orlando, FL.
Compensation & Incentives 💰
- Starting pay rate: $18.25 per hour
- Potential for higher pay based on experience
- Performance incentives averaging between $2.50 – $7.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Deliver Disney’s quality guest service standards, providing comprehensive info about Walt Disney World Resort using multiple software tools
- Support the Latin America Consumer Direct channel and handle bookings for rooms, dining, recreation, and tickets
- Assist guests who have existing reservations by processing payments, modifying bookings, and recommending additional vacation experiences
- Handle multiple projects and inquiries efficiently, ensuring positive rapport and sales growth
Basic Qualifications ✅
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with excellent phone etiquette
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and service experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new policies, software, and product lines
- Ability to adapt quickly, collaborate across departments, and solve problems effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of Walt Disney World products and services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and mobile applications
- Complete all required Disney training and compliance courses
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Previous sales or customer service experience in call centers
- Familiarity with international vacation planning practices
- Ability to learn multiple computer systems across various business lines (Resort Sales, Travel Trade, AlaCarte)
