About the Position

Fiore Montessori School in Vienna, VA is seeking passionate Assistants for both English and English/Spanish roles. Working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. As an assistant, you will collaborate directly with the lead AMI Montessori Teacher, caring for children aged 3 months to 6 years old.

• Maintain a beautiful and organized classroom environment
• Support the teacher as needed
• Assist children with activities and learning tasks
• 🌎 For Spanish-speaking assistants: Create an immersive environment by speaking only Spanish during student hours and introduce elements of Spanish-speaking culture

Skills Needed

• Availability from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, five days a week
• Strong dedication to child development and education

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Education

• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of citizenship or work permit
• Reliable and committed to long-term employment

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in child development or education preferred

Additional Credentials: Certificate of completion in early childhood education is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience working with young children is preferred but not mandatory.
