Job Overview

As a Mobile Associate in our Store-in-Store locations, you play a vital role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You’ll be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Obsessed with the connected world and thriving in high-traffic environments, you excel at building meaningful relationships with customers and educating them about our solutions. Your goal? Exceed your performance targets by providing exceptional experiences and doing it the right way! 🎯

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively: Interact with customers in a lively retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital tools: Utilize self-serve options during customer interactions to demonstrate the value of our products and help customers understand how to self-serve via the T-Mobile app.
  • Training & knowledge: Complete ongoing training on products, store procedures, and systems. Stay updated with current promotions and store results to be customer-ready at all times.
  • Customer passion: Connect personally, build rapport, and foster loyalty with every customer. Proactively reach out, follow up, and manage customer relationships to drive sales.
  • Team collaboration: Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience, from account setup to device support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Customer Satisfaction: Passionate about delivering excellent service, balancing customer needs with performance goals. 😊
  • Team Building: Desire to work collaboratively, share best practices, and contribute to a positive store culture.
  • Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in fast-paced sales environments.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting hourly pay is $20.50, plus an additional $5.00 for training. During the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training paired with training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, earn a target incentive of $18,000/year (performance-dependent). All employees guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
