Job Overview

This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. 🛍️

Responsibilities include:

• Building product knowledge and demonstrating technology solutions
• Assisting customers throughout their shopping journey
• Developing skills in customer interaction, digital tools, and service plan recommendations

Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge proficiency, and effective digital resource usage. Your work enhances the customer experience and fosters loyalty. 🤝

Job Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized solutions
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features
• Complete required training on retail processes and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels for a seamless customer experience
• Support team initiatives and contribute to other duties as needed

Education & Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Customer Passion: Enthusiastic about connecting and having fun! 🎉 (Required)
• Drive & Success: Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. 🚀 (Required)

Additional Details

• Travel: No travel required
• DOT Regulated: No
• Safety Sensitive Position: No
• Hourly Pay: Starting at $20.50/hour, plus $5.00 training pay during initial training period
• Post-training, promotion to Mobile Expert and eligibility for an annual incentive of $18,000 (performance-based)
• Guaranteed earnings of $20/hour inclusive of base and incentives
• All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant! 📈
