Job Overview

This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll build proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits effectively. Success is measured by your ability to build strong customer relationships, complete training, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Your work will enhance customer loyalty and support team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to provide tailored technology and service solutions
  • Utilize digital tools consistently to showcase network coverage and advantages during customer interactions
  • Complete training to deepen your knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes
  • Engage customers by exploring their needs and demonstrating technology and accessories hands-on
  • Additional duties or projects as assigned by management

Education & Work Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while doing it! (Required)
  • Competitive drive with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales setting (Required)
  • Balancing skills to meet customer needs and performance goals (Required)
  • Language fluency in English and Uzbek/Tajik or Georgian (Required)
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Incentives

Starting hourly pay is $21.50 plus $5.00 hourly training pay. During the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training and be eligible for training pay. Afterward, promotion to Mobile Expert unlocks an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives based on performance. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant 🎉.
