Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and addressing their technology and service needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll develop proficiency in customer service and sales, providing personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to showcase network coverage and benefits. Success is measured by building strong customer relationships, completing training, and delivering a seamless customer experience, ultimately boosting customer loyalty and supporting team initiatives through effective communication. 📱🌐
Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver tailored technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools consistently during customer interactions to demonstrate network coverage and benefits.
- Complete required training to deepen knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for excellent support.
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Customer Passion: A genuine advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun! 😊
- Drive to Succeed: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Balance: Skilled at managing customer needs alongside performance goals.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Age & Work Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Incentives 💰
The starting hourly rate is $21.50, plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for training pay. Afterward, promotion to Mobile Expert opens opportunities for an annual incentive target of $18,000—performance-dependent. All employees are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Plus, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant! 🚀
