Job Responsibilities 🔹
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions tailored to customer needs
- Utilize digital tools consistently to showcase network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
- Complete all required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
- Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by management to support business objectives
Education & Work Experience 🎓
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales within a retail environment (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 🌟
- Customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while doing it! (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven success in a fast-paced sales setting. (Required)
- Ability to balance customer needs with achieving performance goals. (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Incentives 💰
Starting hourly pay is $21.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. During the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, employees can earn an annual incentive target of $18,000 — with actual incentives varying based on performance. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Plus, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant! 🎉
