Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You'll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product expertise, and digital resource utilization. Your work enhances the customer experience and fosters strong customer relationships and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities 📝
- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions tailored to individual needs
- Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features, increasing customer understanding and engagement
- Complete required training to expand knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless innovations
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management
Education & Work Experience 🎓
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 💡
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun! (Required)
- Competitive drive with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales setting. (Required)
- Team player willing to learn, share ideas, serve customers, and resolve issues effectively. (Required)
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals. (Required)
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old

Compensation & Incentives 💵
Starting base pay is $21.50 per hour, plus $5.00 during training. Within the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training and training pay. Afterward, you can promote to Mobile Expert, with an annual incentive target of $18,000 (performance-based). All employees are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour including incentives, and every team member is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant to support your ownership journey!
