Job Responsibilities

• Lead civil site development projects including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway design
• Prepare detailed engineering plans and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with clients, agencies, and teams
• Design site layouts and infrastructure in compliance with all relevant codes and standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Participate in proposal development and client presentations as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience focused on land development
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience in site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
