What You'll Do

• Screen patients & document basic medical history
• Schedule appointments
• Update & file medical records and insurance reports
• Follow up with patients & update their charts
• Assist during medical examinations
• Produce & distribute memos, letters, faxes, forms, etc.
• Prepare & clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize effectively
• Social perceptiveness & service-oriented mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Medical assistant or secretary experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Starting from $18 per hour
