📝 Job Summary

Collaborate closely with the Company's Technical Coordinator Team to gather and organize data, compile reports for management, and serve as a liaison between Irvine and Korea HQ. 🤝

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with various personnel regarding product issues, changes, and development on assigned products.
• Update and distribute technical information to Technical Managers and team members regularly.
• Assist in quality control processes, including testing return units/parts and resolving field-reported issues on all company products.
• Research technological developments and regulation changes to support product development.
• Coordinate testing and installation of prototypes in the field.
• Visit residential and commercial sites to provide technical and translation support.
• Improve existing technical communications, manuals, and training materials.
• Maintain open communication with other departments and outside sales teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in purchasing HVAC-related equipment and parts as requested by HQ.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via DHL, FedEx, freight forwarders, and other methods.
• Use SAP and proprietary software for data gathering, supporting personnel, and updating product info.
• Travel domestically or to Canada once per quarter for 2-3 days. ✈️

🎯 Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of hands-on technical experience.
• Fluent in Korean (speak, read, write).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong collaboration, organization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to Canada quarterly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to translate technical documents between Korean and English.
• Understanding of Korean work culture.
• Experience with SAP systems.
