Position Overview

Our client is seeking an entry-level Marketing Production Associate to support their marketing efforts. In this role, you'll collaborate with third-party creative agencies, oversee marketing collateral from conception to completion, and independently foster partner relationships. The position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, requiring onsite presence 4 days a week. 💼

Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage partner engagement materials and meetings: slideware, marketing collateral, websites, agendas, and more.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications: ensure consistency and accuracy in all publicly released materials.
• Coordinate presence at tradeshows and conferences: manage team activities and logistics.
• Work with Sales and Product teams: facilitate POC Partner engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Proven ability to manage marketing collateral development through third-party creative agencies
• Independent engagement skills: capable of managing partner relationships autonomously.
