Meta is seeking a dedicated, data-savvy Market Specialist to join our Specialized Enforcement Operations (SEO) team, focusing on enforcing policies and supporting communities across Israel and the broader region. Role Overview
The SEO - Specialized Enforcement Operations team is looking for a solutions-oriented, results-driven Market Specialist. You will work closely with the Europe team to enforce policies on content reported for potential abuse, resolve account issues, and improve overall support in the Israeli market. Your work will help protect our communities, enforce regulations, and scale operations through process optimization and automation.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Enforce regional content policies: Manage crisis response and critical content enforcement within the Israeli market.
- Regional enforcement collaboration: Work as part of on-call operational structures to address urgent issues and support local nuances.
- Leverage local insights: Use language proficiency and geopolitical knowledge to identify signals and resolve complex operational risks, including minority community concerns.
- Support community & business safety: Investigate, resolve, and report content or account issues such as abuse, offensive language, visual content, and more.
- Cross-regional enforcement: Handle global content issues without language barriers, supporting integrity risks impacting advertising and user engagement.
- Campaign & support initiatives: Participate in regional campaigns, such as peak season buying, helping advertisers and reducing friction.
- Data analysis & process improvement: Collaborate with teams to analyze metrics, optimize workflows, and develop scalable solutions.
- Develop expertise: Build specialization in regional abuse issues, support policy recommendations, and influence cross-functional initiatives.
- Vendor collaboration: Work closely with Meta vendor teams to meet operational KPIs and drive process enhancements.
- Stay updated: Keep informed on policy updates, community standards, and operational guidelines.
- Training & onboarding: Support training activities for Meta partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Qualifications ✅
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Language skills: Professional proficiency in Hebrew, with extensive knowledge of the U.S.-Israeli diaspora, critical for external communication and issue resolution.
- Operational experience: Minimum 1+ year working within a fast-paced operations environment.
- Communication skills: Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing complex projects involving ambiguous factors.
- Community support interest: Passionate about supporting Facebook and Instagram communities.
- Teamwork & adaptability: Strong collaboration abilities and self-starter attitude to operate efficiently in dynamic, time-sensitive situations.
- Work schedule: This role requires an alternate schedule (Sunday-Thursday) to support TLV operations.
